My Journey in Technology

I started my IT career in 1997, and over nearly three decades
I have built, managed, and secured technology infrastructures
across some of the world’s most demanding corporate environments.

My international experience includes senior IT roles at
Johnson & Johnson, Cargill, and BIC — organizations where
security, compliance, and operational continuity are
non-negotiable. Today I serve as ICT Security Manager at
Sopharma AD, one of Bulgaria’s largest pharmaceutical
manufacturers, where I lead Microsoft 365 E5 security
operations across a multi-domain enterprise environment.

I am passionate about turning complex security challenges into
structured, auditable, and sustainable solutions — whether that
means designing a Microsoft Sentinel detection pipeline,
preparing an organization for ISO 27001 certification, or
modernizing a hybrid cloud infrastructure.

Beyond technology, I bring genuine multilingual communication
skills — fluent in Bulgarian, English, and Russian, with working
knowledge of Greek, Serbian, Croatian, and Slovenian — allowing
me to operate effectively across diverse international teams.
